The Artistry of Meditation provides a sanctuary for refuge, to ease any burden, while providing an oasis of community support. It is an invitation to improve and strengthen our wellness and deepen our sense of well-being. 

 

The classes and workshops enhance our awareness and alertness for centering and grounding during these times of global upheaval and chaos. An opportunity for cultivating inner peace as we anchor into the stillness of our essential being.

 

As we open up to our deeper potentiality, we may undergo clearing and healing processes. A nurturing space will be required, hence we will be gentle, loving and compassionate to ourselves and one another, recognising that we are all sensitive and unique beings.
